Instructions:

  1. Toast the Seeds (optional, for a nuttier aroma and richer flavor): Add the white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, and poppy seeds to a dry skillet over medium-low heat. Toast for 3–5 minutes, stirring often, until fragrant and lightly golden.
  2. Cool: Transfer the toasted seeds to a bowl and allow them to cool completely. This prevents the dried ingredients from clumping later.
  3. Mix the Seasoning: Once cooled, add the dried minced onion, dried minced garlic, and flaky salt. Stir well until everything is evenly combined.
  4. Store: Transfer to an airtight container and store at room temperature.
