- 1 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp dried minced onion
- 1 tbsp dried minced garlic
- 1 tbsp flaky salt

Instructions:
- Toast the Seeds (optional, for a nuttier aroma and richer flavor): Add the white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, and poppy seeds to a dry skillet over medium-low heat. Toast for 3–5 minutes, stirring often, until fragrant and lightly golden.
- Cool: Transfer the toasted seeds to a bowl and allow them to cool completely. This prevents the dried ingredients from clumping later.
- Mix the Seasoning: Once cooled, add the dried minced onion, dried minced garlic, and flaky salt. Stir well until everything is evenly combined.
- Store: Transfer to an airtight container and store at room temperature.
- How to Use: Sprinkle over toast, bagels, avocado, roasted vegetables, salads, or anywhere you want extra crunch and savory flavor!
