- 2.7 g (1 tsp) ground cinnamon

- 1.1 g (1/2 tsp) turmeric

- 122 g (2) carrots
- 196 g (1) zucchini
- 396.9 g (1 (14 oz) can) chickpeas
- 396.9 g (1 (14 oz) can) diced tomatoes
- 480 ml (2 cups) vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
- Fresh cilantro and toasted almonds, for garnish
