Ingredients:
- 14 oz seitan, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 cup vegan provolone-style cheese shreds
- 4 hoagie rolls
- Salt and pepper, to taste
