🍜 1 pack of instant ramen noodles
🧈 ½ tbsp vegan butter
🧄 2 minced garlic cloves
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
🍩 ½ tbsp brown sugar (optional)
🌶️ ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
🌿 sliced green onions
🥜 crushed peanuts
In a small bowl or pot, pour hot water over the ramen noodles and set it aside.
In a small pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for a bit until golden. Add the teriyaki sauce and soy sauce, and simmer a bit, then add crushed pepper flakes and noodles, and stir to combine; top with green onions and peanuts!
