🍯 2 1/2 tbsp (38 g) vegan honey or honey (if not vegan)
🍇 1/4 cup (60 ml) red wine vinegar
🧂 salt to your taste
💦 4 tbsp (60 ml) water
🛢️ 1/2 cup (120 ml) neutral-flavored oil (like avocado oil)
🌿 1/4 tsp (0.25 g) dried oregano
🧂 1/2 tsp (1 g) ground black pepper

How You’ll Make It
- Blend the Base: Toss the red wine vinegar, honey, chipotle peppers (with some adobo), salt, and water into a blender.
- Smooth It Out: Blend on high for about 20 seconds until it’s nice and smooth.
- Add the Oil: Keep the blender running and slowly pour in the oil so it thickens into a creamy mix.
- Mix in the Herbs: Throw in the black pepper and oregano, and pulse a few times to combine.
- Taste and Adjust: Give it a taste and tweak it if needed—more salt, honey, vinegar, or chipotle until it’s just right.
Storage: Pour into a container and pop it in the fridge. Good for up to 5 days.
Tips, Notes & Swaps:
You can substitute honey with an equal amount of maple syrup.
