This is the creamiest cream cheese ever!
Ingredients:
🥜 1 ½ cups raw cashews, soaked for 20 minutes in hot water
💦 ⅓ cup water
🥛 2 ½ tbsp unsweetened plain non-dairy yogurt
🍋 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
🧂 ½ tsp salt
To a high speed blender, add the soaked cashews, water, non-dairy yogurt, lemon juice, and salt.
Blend until creamy. It will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a week.
