Chili Powder (homemade)
Spice blends
Ingredients:
🌶️ 3 tbsp ground mild red chile powder
🧂 2 tbsp ground cumin
🧄 1 tbsp garlic powder
🌿 1 tbsp dried oregano
🧂 1 tbsp smoked paprika
🧂 1 tsp ground coriander
🧂 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
🌶️ 1/4 tsp ground cayenne (optional)

Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix all the spices together until well combined.
- Transfer to an airtight container or spice jar and store in a cool, dry place.
- Use 1–2 tablespoons per pot of chili or adjust to taste for other recipes.

- Sprinkle over roasted sweet potatoes or butternut squash.
