Ingredients:

🍝 4 cups elbow macaroni

🥜 ½ cup soaked raw cashews (no need to soak if you do in high speed blender)

💦 4 ½ cup water

🧄 1 garlic clove

🧂 1 tsp salt

🧀 ⅛ cup nutritional yeast

🧂 ½ tsp turmeric powder

🥖 3 tbsp breadcrumbs

🧂 1 tsp smoked paprika

This recipe feeds your soul.

Step 1:

In a high speed blender, add the cashews, water, garlic clove, salt, nutritional yeast, and turmeric powder, and set aside.


Step 2:

In a medium pot, cook the elbow macaroni by bringing about 2 quarts of water to a boil, add salt to taste, and add the maccaroni. Boil for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain pasta in a colander, rinse with cool water. Then add the cashew blend to the macaroni, and heat for a few minutes until you see bubbles.
