Popcorn is fiber-rich, and you can make it sweet or savory, making it the best snack.

Step 1:

In a small bowl, add the popcorn kernels, oil, salt, and any other seasonings and toss to combine. Transfer to a paper bag, and fold it over twice to seal. Place it in the microwave for 2 Β½ to 3 minutes or until the popping starts to slow down. Enjoy immediately with more seasoning and oil.
