This spice blend is going to make your tofu scramble amazing!
Ingredients:
3 tsp Indian black salt (kala namak)
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chipotle chile flakes (crushed chipotle chilies)
ΒΌ cup nutritional yeast
To a small bowl or jar, add the chile, cumin, garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, coriander, cinnamon, and cayenne (optional), and stir or shake to combine. It will keep in a sealed container for six months at room temperature or refrigerate or freeze to keep it fresh for up to one year.
